Terms of use

Effective September 30, 2026

CelticMFF is published by Red Queen Agency LLC. These terms apply to your use of celticmff.com and Fiona, our AI guide. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

A directory, not the event organizer

We provide information and links about Celtic festivals, music, films and culture. We do not run the listed events or sell their tickets. Dates, prices, availability, schedules and locations can change. Check the organizer's official source before buying tickets, booking travel or attending. A listing is not a guarantee that an event is running, safe, available or suitable for you.

Fiona uses AI and can make mistakes. Her replies are a starting point for research, not legal, medical, financial or safety advice. Verify important information with the official source.

Free listings and Full Profiles

Basic listings are free. Payment for a Full Profile buys a fuller presentation, not a better place in the directory, editorial praise or a traffic guarantee. Demonstration profiles are labeled as demonstrations. Our ordering policy explains the directory's rules. Any paid profile agreement, scope, price or renewal terms will be addressed separately; these website terms do not create a subscription or charge.

External websites

Links and embedded videos may lead to services operated by others. Their terms, privacy policies, ticket conditions, refunds and cancellation rules apply. We do not control their content or transactions. A link is not a promise or endorsement of every statement made on the destination site.

Using the site responsibly

Do not use the site to harass or threaten people, submit misleading claims, impersonate an organizer, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Do not submit information or media you have no right to share. We may restrict access or remove material to protect the service, correct errors or comply with law.

Corrections and material you submit

Tell us about a correction through the contact or claim-email links. Include the event name and an official source. A request does not automatically change a listing; we check information before publishing it.

If you send material specifically for publication, you give Red Queen Agency LLC permission to use and edit that material as needed for the listing or agreed profile. You retain your ownership. This permission does not transfer your copyright or let us sell your media to others. Tell us if material is private, restricted or not intended for publication. We may decline or remove submitted material.

Our content and third-party rights

The CelticMFF name, site design, original writing and original photographs are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Event names, logos, photos, films and other third-party material belong to their owners. You may use the site for personal research and share links. Ask before reusing our original photos or republishing substantial parts of our original content. These terms do not limit uses the law already permits.

Availability and limitations

We work to make the directory useful, but provide the site and its information "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete coverage, error-free AI replies or the results of using a listing. We are not responsible for transactions with event organizers or other external services.

To the extent permitted by law, Red Queen Agency LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, including lost profits or travel costs caused by reliance on information that should have been checked with the organizer. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy policy explains data handling, including Fiona's conversation records and our service providers. We may change the site and update these terms; the current version and effective date will be posted here.
