Cill Stuifín brings West Clare folklore to TG4 on October 13

TG4 lists its West Clare reef documentary for Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 9:30pm Ireland time. Cill Stuifín brings together drowned-village folklore, marine science, geology and big-wave surfing. The sunken village is a legend being explored, not an established historical event.

Its report credits Kev L Smith as director, Moisés Mas García for the original score, and traditional music from Tara Howley, de Staic and the late Micho Russell.
