Privacy policy
CelticMFF is a festival and culture directory published by Red Queen Agency LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled when you browse celticmff.com, talk with Fiona, or contact us.
Browsing the directory
You do not need an account to browse. Directory search and filters run in your browser. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, handles technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and requested URLs to deliver and protect the site.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and site performance. Its analytics beacon does not use cookies or local storage to identify visitors and does not track people across websites. This is different from saying the whole site has no analytics or no third-party services.
Aggregate link counts
We count clicks on internal navigation, ticket and official-site links, other external links, and calendar links or downloads when available. Counts are grouped by UTC day, source page, link type and destination. This counter uses no cookies, visitor IDs or browser storage and stores no IP address, exact click time, query string or referrer. It respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control, and excludes requests Cloudflare locates in the European Union. These are aggregate intent counts, not individual journeys, ticket purchases or completed calendar saves. Hosting and security processing still applies as described above.
Talking with Fiona
Fiona is an AI guide, not a person. When you send a message, the current conversation is sent to our Cloudflare-hosted service and to Anthropic to generate a reply. This includes any name, email address or other information you choose to type. Conversations are recorded in a Cloudflare-hosted database so we can review the service, answer inquiries and deal with problems. Technical service logs may also be kept.
If you agree to an email recap or ask our team to contact you, Fiona can record your contact details and a summary and use Resend to deliver the email or an introduction to the CelticMFF team. Messages that raise safety concerns may be brought to the site owner. Do not put passwords, payment details, government IDs, medical information or other sensitive information into the chat.
Email, corrections and organizer inquiries
Claim, correction and contact links open your email application. They do not submit a claim or payment automatically. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and attachments. We use them to respond, check facts, maintain listings and handle the request. Information you ask us to publish about an event may become public in its listing. Avoid including private personal details in material intended for publication.
Videos and links to other sites
Some feature pages embed YouTube videos using its privacy-enhanced player. Loading or using a player connects your browser to YouTube, which handles data under its own policies. Following ticket, festival, travel or other external links takes you to a separate service. That service's privacy and cookie rules apply. We do not control those services.
How information is shared
We use service providers to host and secure the site, process AI conversations, store records and deliver email. These include Cloudflare, Anthropic and Resend. They may process information in the United States or other countries. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, the site or our legal rights.
The site does not currently have visitor accounts, an on-site ticket checkout or an on-site shop checkout. Paid profile arrangements are handled separately. A new service or data use may require an updated policy.
Retention and your choices
Conversations, contact records and email correspondence may be kept for the purposes described above, including reviewing the service, following up on inquiries and meeting legal needs. We do not currently apply a single automatic deletion period to all these records. Providers also have their own retention rules; deleting data from one system does not necessarily remove copies already processed by another provider.
You can browse without using Fiona, decline an email recap, and avoid sharing personal details. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a request for optional contact, email [email protected]. Tell us enough to find the record, but do not send sensitive identification documents unless we explain why they are needed. We may need to verify a request, and some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons. Rights and available remedies depend on the law that applies to you.
Children and security
This is a general-audience directory, not a service intended to collect personal information from children under 13. Please do not let a child send personal details through chat or email. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
We use hosted services and access controls to help protect information. No website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
