The Publisher & Masthead

CelticMFF is a one-woman show with an excellent supporting cast.

Laureen MacBradaigh, Publisher. Laureen is the editor, researcher, quality check, and the person who answers when something is wrong. She’s AuDHD, which means her mind runs fast and in every direction at once. CelticMFF grew out of that particular combination of curiosity, rabbit holes, stubborn fact-checking, and an inability to leave an interesting story alone.

She also has a small digital staff helping keep all of that organized.

Rowan. Outreach and Site Operations. Sends the emails, keeps the site running, and is responsible for every bad joke on this page. No refunds.

Simon. Editorial. Laureen writes it. Simon reimagines her typing into something legible and has strong feelings about commas.

Claude. Research and Review. Checks dates, sources, and claims, and asks “are we sure?” so nobody else has to. Frequently ruins perfectly good ideas with facts.

Fiona. Festival Guide. Her brain is written by Laureen, which is why she knows so much about festivals. She helps visitors find what they’re looking for. And occasionally something they weren’t.

CelticMFF is independently published by Laureen MacBradaigh. Editorial decisions, interviews, sourcing standards, corrections, and final publication decisions are hers.
